Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Chilled Water Pumps of Sichuan Bright Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Plant of Sichuan Bright Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 17 chilled water pumps, 10 cooling water pumps, and 2 replenishment pumps for the chilled water system.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period: 90 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
Legal production enterprises of pumps with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's business revenue not less than 20 million yuan for manufacturing enterprises, and not less than 10 million yuan for agents.
Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, performance in the last three years, last year's financial statements, and copies of some contracts (the above photocopies must be scanned copies with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
