Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Chillers of Sichuan Bright Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Bright Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Bidding for 7 chillers: 3 screw type 1223KW, inlet and outlet water temperature 7℃/12℃; 3 screw type 1448KW, inlet and outlet water temperature 7℃/12℃; 1 screw type 1592KW, inlet and outlet water temperature 5℃/10℃;
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period: 90 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan. Accepting bids from agents, with agents' last year's operating income not less than 10 million.
2. The registering enterprise should provide: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, copy of business license, pressure vessel manufacturing license, copies of qualification certificates, performance in the past three years, last year's financial statements, copies of some contracts (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
