Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. High and Low Voltage Distribution Installation Project (including cables)
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Installation and construction of high and low voltage distribution rooms (10KV single circuit power supply, a total of 7 transformers, total capacity 9900KVA, 10 high voltage distribution cabinets, about 50 low voltage distribution cabinets, including cables)
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): As required by the bidding documents
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently bearing civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan.
2. Hold a secondary qualification for general contracting of electrical construction; hold a third-level qualification for installation, repair, and testing.
3. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, copy of business license, copy of qualification certificate, performance in the past three years, recent annual financial statements, copies of some contracts (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
