Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Air Conditioning Units of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): A total of 41 combined air conditioning units and ceiling-mounted air conditioning units for the comprehensive preparation workshop
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): As required by the bidding documents
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. The registering enterprise should be the manufacturer of air conditioning units or the sole authorized agent, a legal entity with a valid business license and qualification certificate, capable of independently assuming civil liability. The manufacturer's revenue in the previous year should not be less than 60 million yuan.
2. The manufacturer's qualifications should include ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental system certification, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, energy-saving product certification, and environmental protection product certification; combined air conditioners should have European standard certification documents.
3. Required submission materials: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and the authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, the manufacturer's unique authorization letter for this project (only required for agents), photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, the manufacturer's performance in the past three years (provide financial statements with revenue exceeding 60 million), recent annual financial statements (only required for agents), photocopies of some contracts (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
