Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Installation Project of High and Low Voltage Distribution Equipment for Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Procurement project of high and low voltage distribution cabinets (this project procures about 10 high voltage distribution cabinets and about 50 low voltage distribution cabinets)
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): As required by the bidding documents
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 38 million yuan.
2. Must have 3C certification, and all technical index must meet specifications and design requirements; bidders should clearly state the standards (national standard GB7251, industry standards, enterprise standards) that the products produced comply with.
3. Should be a manufacturer authorized by Schneider, ABB, Siemens, or Eaton, with a complete quality certification system, and should provide ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification.
4. Documents to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and the authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, annual financial statements, performance in the past three years, photocopies of some contracts (the above photocopies must be scanned copies with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualification for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
