Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Purification Engineering Project of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Production Workshop
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Installation of purification engineering in the production workshop
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 120 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 250 million yuan. Among the engineering achievements in the past three years, at least one contract total price exceeds 50 million yuan.
2. Hold a second-level or above qualification for electromechanical installation engineering contracting.
3. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, copy of business license, copy of qualification certificate, achievements in the past three years, annual financial statements, copies of contracts for projects exceeding 50 million yuan, copies of other construction contracts (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
