Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Electromechanical Installation Project of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Production Plant
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Plant of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Electromechanical installation project of the production plant (mainly fire protection) (including water extraction workshop, comprehensive preparation workshop, alcohol extraction workshop, pre-treatment workshop)
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): As required by the bidding documents
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 45 million yuan;
2. Hold secondary qualification for general contracting of construction projects or secondary qualification for fire protection installation and secondary qualification for construction decoration engineering.
3. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, contact number and email of the authorized person, copy of business license, copy of qualification certificate, performance in the last three years, financial statements for the last three years, copies of some contracts (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project)

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
