Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Construction Project of Class B Comprehensive Warehouse for New Factory of Livzon Group New Beijiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

(3) Project Implementation Location: No. 8 Shilong Avenue, Shijiao Town, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, New Factory of Livzon Group New Beijiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(4) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Construction project of a Class B comprehensive warehouse, including water, electricity, construction, structure, HVAC, fire protection, and other specialties. This project covers an area of 1596㎡, with a total building area of 6596㎡, a four-story reinforced concrete frame structure building above ground, with a floor height of 5.5m for the first floor, 5m for the second floor, 5m for the third floor, and 5m for the fourth floor. The height of the roof stairwell and machine room is 4.6m, and the building height is 22.35m.
(5) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the project quality acceptance rate is 100% on the first inspection, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party.
(6) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 180 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 170 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have at least a Class II construction general contracting qualification or above.
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, copy of the business license, copy of the qualification certificate, copy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
