Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Construction Project of Hazardous Materials Warehouse and Underground Alcohol Tank Area of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.;
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province;
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Hazardous materials warehouse (building area: 273.90㎡), underground alcohol tank area (land area: 318.00㎡, building area: 159.45㎡)
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with "Building Design Fire Protection Code", "Outdoor Water Supply Design Standards", "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Water Supply and Drainage Pipeline Engineering", comply with design drawings and user requirements; possess construction general contracting qualifications of level two or above;
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): Complete all construction, installation, paper materials, etc. within 90 days after the party A issues the bid notification.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, able to send technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of business license, photocopy of qualification certificate, photocopy of credit certificate, contract photocopy + summary table of achievements in the past three years (unit price of similar performance contracts over 2 million), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).
