Announcement of Bidding for the 10-ton Coal-fired Steam Boiler Project of Gutian Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: 10-ton Coal-fired Steam Boiler Project of Gutian Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Huangtian Town, Gutian County, Ningde City, Fujian Province
(3) Scope of Work:
1. 10-ton coal-fired steam boiler, must meet the following standards
(1) Industrial steam boiler national standard GB/T1921-2004 of the People's Republic of China
(2) Rated evaporation capacity 10T/h, rated steam pressure 1.0MPa, rated steam temperature 184℃, boiler thermal efficiency ≧90%.
(3) Coal consumption per ton of steam (standard coal) is about 108KG (the lower the better), furnace temperature ≧1400 (can burn garbage), flue gas temperature ≦120℃.
2. The bidder must provide completion drawings after construction.
3. Basic requirements for bidding response: The services provided in the contractor's bidding documents, in addition to the contents included in the contract and this bidding technical document, must also include all other temporary measures related to the project.
4. All engineering content above must comply with the current effective specifications, standards, regulations, notifications, and other explicit reporting, inspection, and testing requirements issued by national and local fire departments during implementation (including obtaining all written qualification conclusions).
5. The contractor should investigate the climate conditions during the same period, fully consider the impact of severe weather such as typhoons and heavy rain on construction, and take necessary measures to avoid affecting the construction period.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project:
1. Quality management at the construction site should have corresponding construction technical standards, a sound quality management system, a construction quality inspection system, and a comprehensive construction quality level assessment system.
2. Construction quality control of the building project should be carried out according to the following regulations.
(1) Materials, semi-finished products, finished products, building components, tools, and equipment used in the construction project should be subject to on-site acceptance.
(2) Each process should be quality controlled according to construction technical standards, and inspections should be conducted after each process is completed.
(3) There should be handover inspections between relevant professional trades, and records should be formed.
3. The quality of the building project should be accepted according to the following requirements:
(1) It should comply with the provisions of this standard and relevant professional acceptance specifications.
(3) Personnel participating in the acceptance should have the specified qualifications.
(4) Acceptance should be conducted based on the self-inspection and evaluation of the construction unit.
(5) Concealed works should be notified for acceptance by the construction unit before concealment, and acceptance documents should be formed.
(5) Project duration: Completion by December 31, 2021
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and materials to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
