Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Self-control Engineering and Electromechanical Installation Project for Traditional Chinese Medicine Extraction Workshop 1 and 2
(2) Project Implementation Location: Traditional Chinese Medicine Extraction Workshop 1 and 2, Limin Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1. Demolition and re-suspension of ceilings and partition walls in some color steel plate rooms;
2. Construction of polyurethane mortar self-leveling floor in clean areas and part of the polyurethane arc wall;
3. The ground in non-clean areas is all polyurethane mortar self-leveling floor;
4. Installation of new lighting fixtures, sockets, switches, etc.;
5. Purchase and installation of new equipment power supply;
6. Installation project of new public pipeline system;
7. Demolition of some steel platforms and construction of new steel platforms;
8. Demolition, replacement installation of some extraction tanks, and installation of new extraction tanks;
9. Design of the self-control system scheme, procurement of self-control system equipment and accessories, installation and confirmation of the self-control system;
10. Installation of new water supply and drainage pipelines;
11. Demolition of some clean pipelines and installation of new clean pipeline systems;
12. Verification documents for the clean pipeline system and self-control system (including DQ, IQ, OQ plans and reports);
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with the current version of relevant specifications and design drawing requirements;
(5) Project duration: 60 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and construction electromechanical installation engineering professional contracting level three or above qualification certificates, information system integration and service level three or above qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 80 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries before August 30, 2021;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review

(4) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
