Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Cooling Tower Procurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
This procurement is for a set of cooling water towers (cross-flow towers) with a total flow rate of no less than 1800m³/h, designed for a service life of no less than 15 years. The standard working conditions for the cooling tower should be: outdoor atmospheric pressure 99.4kPa, inlet water temperature: 37℃, outlet water temperature: 32℃, wet bulb temperature: 27.5℃.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: CTI American Cooling Technology Association, "Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Production" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, and user requirements.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): Delivery within 45 days after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. The cooling tower must be a joint venture brand or an imported brand, a legal enterprise with a valid business license and qualification certificate, capable of independently assuming civil liability; registered capital of no less than 10 million yuan, last year's operating income of no less than 40 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Required submission materials: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, contract photocopy, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting.

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualification for potential bidders that meet the requirements. (6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
