Our company intends to bid on the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Traditional Chinese Medicine Extraction Workshop 1 and 2 Technical Renovation Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Traditional Chinese Medicine Extraction Workshop 1 and 2 and Pre-treatment Workshop 1 of Limin Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1. Demolition and re-suspension of ceilings and partition walls in some color steel plate rooms;
2. Installation of new clean steel doors and windows;
3. Installation of new lighting fixtures, sockets, switches, distribution boxes, etc.;
4. Fabrication and installation of a new exhaust system (including equipment);
5. Purchase and installation of new equipment power supply;
6. Installation project of new public pipeline system;
7. Partial equipment dismantling and relocation;
8. Partial equipment migration and installation;
9. Dismantling of some pipelines and installation of new pipelines;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: comply with the current version of relevant specifications and design drawings;
(5) Project duration: 45 days.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and construction electromechanical installation engineering professional contracting level three or above qualification certificates, and construction decoration engineering professional contracting level three or above qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries before August 30, 2021;
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline is five days from the date of posting, registration method: send registration materials to the special email for bidding registration (please indicate the name of the bidding project)

(4) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
