LIZHU Group LIZHU Pharmaceutical Factory Chiller Unit and Freezing System Bidding Announcement

Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Chilled Water Units and Refrigeration Systems in Lizhu Industrial Park
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work)
1. Optimization design of the chiller room system, supply, installation, system testing, and system debugging of equipment (main unit, chilled water pump, cooling pump, power cabinet, self-control cabinet, and group control system), and achieving an annual comprehensive average operating energy efficiency of the chiller room system: ≥ 5.0 (i.e., 0.70 KW/RT) or higher energy efficiency value under the conditions of chilled water supply and return water temperature of 7℃/12℃, and terminal pressure head of 200kpa.
2. Provide water-cooled centrifugal chillers, chilled water pumps, and cooling pumps that meet URS requirements. The equipment must be brand new, original products produced by the manufacturer, with clear labels, complete certificates, intact packaging, normal equipment structure and function, and no scratches, cracks, dents, or damage on the appearance.
3. The supplier must provide supporting power cabinets for the cold station (inverter brand ABB, other electrical components Schneider or ABB), self-control cabinets (PLC is Siemens, other electrical components are Schneider or ABB), and group control systems and system energy efficiency guarantee services. This includes the optimization design of the cold station system: providing design optimization plans, system energy efficiency simulation calculation documents, equipment selection reports, chiller room system diagrams and floor plans, self-control principle diagrams and point diagrams, equipment foundation diagrams, system debugging plans, proposed guidance for construction technical personnel, energy efficiency warranty service plans, and other materials.
4. Responsible for the transportation, unboxing, hoisting (from the ground to the third floor), equipment positioning, installation, debugging, and corresponding personnel operation, maintenance, and repair training.
(4) The quality requirements for this bidding project: "Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Production" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, pharmaceutical machinery (equipment) implementation. General principles of Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Production, steel pressure vessels, and user requirements.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): Completion within 50 days after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. A legal entity with a valid business license and qualification certificate, capable of independently assuming civil liability; registered capital of no less than 10 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
