Lizhu Group Lizhu Pharmaceutical Factory Phase I Sewage Treatment Station Renovation Equipment (Project) Bidding Announcement

Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Renovation Project of Phase I Sewage Treatment Station of Livzon Group
(2) Project Implementation Location: Phase I Sewage Treatment Station of Livzon Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): There is an existing set of sewage treatment facilities in Livzon Industrial Park (Phase I and Phase II). However, due to equipment aging, damage, and other reasons, the current state of Phase I sewage treatment station cannot meet the future development requirements of the park. To implement China's environmental protection policies, enforce industry and local environmental protection regulations, control pollution, protect the environment, and achieve sustainable development of the enterprise, Livzon Group requires the renovation of the Phase I sewage treatment system.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: In this URS, the user only proposes basic technical requirements and basic equipment requirements, and does not cover or limit the seller's equipment to have higher design and manufacturing standards, more complete functions, better configurations and performance, higher quality components, and higher-level control systems. The seller should provide high-quality equipment and related services that meet the higher standards and more complete functions that the seller can achieve, while satisfying this URS. The seller's equipment should meet the relevant design, manufacturing, safety, environmental protection, and other regulations, norms, and mandatory standards in China. In case of conflict with the standards implemented by the seller, the higher standard should be followed (except for mandatory standards).
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 120 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 8 million yuan (Note: The amount filled in should generally not be less than ten times the budget price of this project and not exceed twenty times; after filling in the amount, delete this note), able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have qualifications for environmental governance projects for wastewater and waste gas at level three or above.
2. Submission of required materials: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the qualification certificate, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting (Note: The registration time should not be less than five working days. The project team should determine the registration deadline based on factors such as project market, technical difficulty, and urgency; it is recommended to start the bidding announcement work after the group approval of the project, allowing sufficient time to implement supplier investigation and selection, technical communication, and project URS and bidding document confirmation, etc.)

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
(6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Livzon Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
