Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Livzon Group Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory Equipment (Engineering) Procurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Livzon Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Combined Air Conditioning Air Handling Unit
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: The equipment bid by the bidding unit should comply with the latest specifications and standards of the international pharmaceutical industry and meet the requirements of the bidding party's URS. The URS does not cover or limit the seller's equipment to have higher design and manufacturing standards, more complete functions, better configurations and performance, superior components, and higher-level control systems. The bidder should provide high-quality equipment and related services that meet the higher standards and functions that the seller can achieve, under the premise of meeting the URS.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 45 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. The air conditioning unit must be a joint venture brand or an imported brand, a legal enterprise with a valid business license and qualification certificate, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 100 million yuan and registered capital not less than 10 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, copies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting;

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidding party.
(6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Livzon Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the Supplier Registration Operation Manual on the official website.
