Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Construction Project of Sterile Lyophilized Powder Injection Workshop Purification Decoration Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Construction of the existing building sterile lyophilized powder injection workshop and supporting utility system rooms. Purification decoration project, ventilation and air conditioning project, electrical lighting project, utility pipeline project (industrial steam, chilled water, condensate, drinking water, etc.), water supply and drainage project, fire protection project (compliant with standards and accepted by the fire department), flooring project, equipment installation, clean room and air conditioning system validation services.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the project quality first pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 4 months
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 100 million yuan, registered capital not less than 50 million, possessing a second-level or above qualification for construction electromechanical installation engineering, or construction decoration engineering, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, number of cases in the past three years, copies of contracts from 2020 (for purification decoration projects over 20 million, attach copies of contracts, three or more), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
