Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. (3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Fully Automatic Instrument Washer
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Fully Automatic Instrument Washer, which must meet the automatic cleaning function for filling instruments and liquid preparation instruments on the production line.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 3-4 months
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, well-known domestic brands, with no less than 10 successful cases in the past 5 years, registered capital of no less than 60 million, and able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, copies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, copy of the business license, copy of the qualification certificate, copy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
