Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Pallets of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 9000 pallets for the storage system (1100mm*1300mm)
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Comply with the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): As required by the bidding documents
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan; the bidding enterprise must be a pallet manufacturer;
2. The bidding enterprise's credentials should include ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental system certification, and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification; in the last year (2020), there should be no less than 10 supply contracts for plastic pallets for the storage system (each contract amount must not be less than 2 million yuan);
3. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, email and Tel of the authorized person, financial statements for the past three years, copies of the business license, copies of credentials, achievements for the past three years, and copies of some contracts (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project)

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
