Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project of EMS and BMS Systems for Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): EMS and BMS systems for new factory buildings No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (the specific implementation scope is subject to the URS and bidding documents of Party A)
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Comply with the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): As required by the bidding documents
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with an annual revenue of no less than 40 million yuan, and at least one contract amount greater than 4 million yuan for similar projects.
2. Capable of providing DQ/IQ/OQ validation services that fully comply with the 2010 version of GMP and its new Appendix 1 "Computerized Systems" validation requirements, and provide corresponding proof.
3. The qualifications of the applying enterprise should include ISO9001 quality system certification, Class 3 electromechanical installation engineering contracting, and safety production license.
4. Required submission materials: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the credentials, financial statements for the past three years, achievements for the past three years, and photocopies of some contracts (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
