Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Elevated Cold Storage, P06 Elevator Purchase Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): This elevated cold storage will add one three-layer, three-station freight elevator with a load capacity of 1600kg, and P06 will add two four-layer, four-station freight elevators with a load capacity of 2000kg.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: The agreed quality standard for this project: Qualified
According to the current national engineering quality evaluation standards, the specifications (if the content below is not the latest version, please adopt the latest version) should at least include the following:
GB7588--2003, GB10058--97, GB10059--97, GB10060--93, GB50182—93 and other national, local, and buyer-recognized seller enterprise standards (the bidder must provide the text of their elevator acceptance standards), and must also comply with the requirements of this tender document. When the elevator is delivered, if the national standards are updated, they should be implemented according to the latest national standards.
The above standards and specifications are to be provided by the contractor.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 90 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. A legal entity with a valid business license and qualification certificate, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with an annual operating income of no less than 10 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
The products used in the bidding must be produced by an independent legal entity that has completed industrial and commercial registration, holds a business license, possesses elevator production qualifications of level C or above issued by relevant national departments, and has more than 10 years of experience in elevator production.
The installation supplier must be an independent legal entity that has completed industrial and commercial registration, holds a business license, and must possess elevator installation qualifications of level C (without machine room installation qualifications) or above issued by relevant national departments, as well as an authorization letter from the manufacturer of the bidding products, and must have corresponding experience and achievements recognized by the bidding party.
2. Required submission materials: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal representative and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the qualification certificate, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for those potential bidders who meet the requirements. The acquisition of the bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
(6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the Supplier Registration Operation Manual on the official website.
