Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. 1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Fire Water Tank Construction Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Fire water tank + pump room
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Comply with "Building Design Fire Protection Code", "Outdoor Water Supply Design Standards", "Water Supply and Drainage Pipeline Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specifications", comply with design drawings and user requirements; possess construction general contracting qualifications of level two or above.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): Complete all construction, installation, and paper documentation of the bid within 90 days after Party A issues the bid notification.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently bearing civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of credit certificates, copies of contracts + summary table of achievements in the past 3 years (unit price of similar performance contracts above 2 million), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. (6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/), and the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" can be found on the official website.
