Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project

(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Cartridge Injection Pen Assembly Line
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: The cartridge injection pen assembly line is mainly used for the assembly of four parts: cartridge, cartridge holder, pen body, and pen cap, and must operate in line with the labeling machine. It is suitable for 3ml specification cartridges, with a filling volume of 0.5-3ml, and must be designed with a pre-rotation function based on the injection pen sample.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 10-11 months
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, international well-known brands, with no less than 20 relevant successful cases in the past 5 years, and a company revenue of at least 150 million RMB in 2020, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review

(4) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualification for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
