Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Boiler Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Plant of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Low nitrogen boiler project of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., total gas production capacity of 16 cubic meters/hour (three combinations are acceptable: 4 tons * 4 units, 4 tons + 6 tons * 2 units, 4 tons * 2 units + 8 tons, final requirements subject to bidding URS), export pressure 1.0Mpa. The boiler room can provide installation size of 13*24 meters, height of 6.9 meters.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Project duration: As required by the bidding documents
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's or this year's business revenue not less than 50 million yuan.
Possess B-level qualification for boiler manufacturing and B-level qualification for boiler installation.
3. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter and contact information of the entrusted person, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of business license, qualification certificate, performance in the past three years, photocopies of some contracts, financial statements for the past three years (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
