    Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
 
1. Introduction to the bidding project
 
(1) Project Name: Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Sewage Treatment Station Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Plant of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1. Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Sewage Treatment Station Project, with a total treatment capacity of 1500 tons/day, designed as 750 tons/day * 2 sets, with a total usable area of 2000 square meters for the sewage treatment station.
2. This bidding project includes the entire process of "turnkey" engineering design, process design, civil construction, public works (filter press room, fan room, material room, workshop office, laboratory, online monitoring room), material and equipment procurement, equipment installation, commissioning to completion acceptance.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Based on our company's bidding documents and URS requirements.
(5) Project duration: Based on our company's bidding documents and URS requirements.
 
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
 
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's or this year's business revenue not less than 70 million yuan.
2. Hold a Class B qualification for environmental engineering design (water pollution prevention project) and a Class II qualification for environmental protection engineering contracting (accepting bids from design Class B joint ventures with Class II environmental protection engineering contracting as the main body).
Have more than 3 successful cases of similar traditional Chinese medicine extraction or similar sewage treatment from 2018 to 2020.
3. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter and contact information of the entrusted person, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, qualification certificate, performance in the last three years, copies of some contracts, financial statements for the last three years (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
 
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
