Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Automatic Packaging Production Line of Antiviral Granules of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 82, Longxing North Street, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province, Old Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 1 automatic packaging production line for antiviral granules, including multiple bag sealing machines with four-side sealing, single-path weighing, bag replenishing machine, conveying equipment, box packing machine, etc.; inner packaging capacity ≥ 1200 bags/minute, outer packaging capacity ≥ 150 boxes/minute (8 bags/box); filling quantity requirement: 9g/bag.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): As required by the bidding documents.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income of not less than 30 million yuan for manufacturers of automatic packaging production lines for granules, and last year's turnover of not less than 8 million yuan for agents of automatic packaging production lines for granules.
The registered enterprise's credentials should include ISO9001 quality system certification. The registered enterprise must be the manufacturer of the automatic packaging production line for granules or a dual-authorized (sales authorization, after-sales authorization) agent designated by the manufacturer.
3. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the qualification certificate, performance over the past three years, photocopies of some contracts, dual authorization certificate (the above photocopies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
