Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Fire Safety Upgrade and Renovation of Gutian Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Gutian Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (29 Xingchao Road, Songfeng Village, Huangtian Town, Gutian County, Fujian Province)
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1. Fire water supply and fire hydrant system
(1) Construction of fire water network pipe renovation
(2) Construction of pressure stabilization system renovation
(3) Construction of fire hydrant system linkage control renovation
2. Construction of fire automatic alarm system renovation
3. Construction of fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system renovation
4. The bidder must provide completion drawings after the construction is completed.
5. After the construction is completed, a certificate of compliance for fire equipment and facilities as well as mandatory fire certification must be provided for inspection and acceptance.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project:
1. Quality management at the construction site should have corresponding construction technical standards, a sound quality management system, a construction quality inspection system, and a comprehensive construction quality level assessment system.
2. Construction quality control of the building project should be carried out according to the following regulations.
(1) Materials, semi-finished products, finished products, building components, tools, and equipment used in the construction project should be subject to on-site acceptance.
(2) Each process should be quality controlled according to construction technical standards, and inspections should be conducted after each process is completed.
(3) Handover inspections should be conducted between relevant professional trades, and records should be formed.
3. The quality of the building project should be accepted according to the following requirements:
(1) It should comply with the provisions of this standard and relevant professional acceptance specifications.
(3) Personnel participating in the acceptance should possess the required qualifications.
(4) Acceptance should be conducted based on the self-inspection and assessment of the construction unit.
(5) Concealed works should be notified for acceptance by the construction unit before concealment, and acceptance documents should be formed.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 180 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 12 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a secondary or above qualification in fire facility engineering contracting.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 30 days from the date of posting (Note: The registration time should not be less than five working days. The project team should determine the registration deadline based on project market, technical difficulty, urgency, etc.; it is recommended to start the bidding announcement work after the group approval of the project, allowing sufficient time for supplier investigation, technical communication, project URS, and determination of bidding documents; delete this note after completion).

(5) Qualification Pre-Examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
