Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: The noise reduction transformation project of the cold storage roof of Livzon Group New Beijiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Equipment Power Department
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 44, Renmin 1st Road, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province
(3) Procurement Content (Project Scope): 7 cooling towers need to be equipped with exhaust silencers.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Noise after treatment should be reduced to below 70dB.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): The supplier should provide the delivery date and installation date, the sooner the better.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 25 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a level 3 qualification for environmental engineering contracting, or a level B qualification for environmental pollution control or above;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificates, copies of contracts + summary of achievements in the past 3 years, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
