Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Phase I Rainwater Ditch Reconstruction Project of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8 Nankang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Zone, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Phase I rainwater ditch reconstruction (redesign the reasonable rainwater ditch pipeline layout according to the overall layout of the factory's rainwater discharge, and carry out construction; divided into two drainage systems, allowing one rainwater ditch pipe or rainwater ditch to connect to the public rainwater ditch and discharge into the main outlet around the production workshop).
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Comply with the design drawings, meet normal usage requirements, and ensure that ditches, pipes, and wells do not accumulate or seep water.
(5) Project Duration: November 10, 2020 - December 20, 2020 (total of 40 days)
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, general contracting level II or above, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificate, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
