1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil responsibilities.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, contract photocopy (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
