Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Construction Project of Low-Temperature Cold Storage and Freezer for Phase II Warehouse of Lizhu Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Phase II Warehouse, Floors 1 and 3
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Construction of Pharmaceutical Cold Storage
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Comply with the relevant construction qualifications for pharmaceutical storage cold storage, provide scientific and reasonable progress control and management measures, and prepare a detailed and feasible construction schedule (including personnel and equipment entry time, material and equipment arrival time, and construction time for each specialty, etc.).
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 30 days after the contract is signed
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; the qualifications of the bidding enterprise should have a construction electromechanical installation engineering professional contracting level 3 or above, with relevant achievements in pharmaceutical cold storage projects.
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
