Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement of Extraction Equipment for Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. New Plant Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Plant of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Alcohol extraction and water extraction area: extraction tanks, alcohol precipitation tanks, leaching tanks, soaking, alcohol distillation towers, recovered ethanol storage tanks, underground ethanol storage tanks, material storage tanks, refrigeration tanks, CIP cleaning tanks, totaling 129 units/set.

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 100 million yuan.
2. The registered enterprise's credentials should include ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental system certification, and qualifications for pressure vessel design (D1, D2), manufacturing (D1, D2) and above; the registered enterprise must be the manufacturer of the equipment or the sole agent designated by the manufacturer.
3. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter and the name, phone, and email of the authorized person, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificates, last year's financial statements, achievements, and copies of some related contracts. All provided materials and copies must be scanned copies with the official seal of the unit.
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: The registration deadline is5 working days from the date of posting.
