Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Small Batch Wet Granulation Line for Solid Preparations
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
The P07 solid preparation workshop intends to purchase an original imported small batch 7.5kg~30kg explosion-proof wet granulation line, which can achieve multifunctional design including wet granulation, hot melt granulation, fluidized bed granulation, drying, micro-coating, and powder coating. The equipment is required to have explosion-proof design in the production area, capable of closed material transfer, and can withstand 10bar explosion pressure. The project includes: wet granulator, wet granulation, multifunctional fluidized bed, dry granulation, and supporting online cleaning, conveying, and exhaust systems, etc. Other specific requirements are detailed in the attached URS.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: "Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Production" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, general principles of pharmaceutical machinery (equipment) implementation, and requirements for steel pressure vessels and user needs.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): Arrival 12~13 months after contract signing.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 100 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting.

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. (6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
