(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 2 oil-free air compressor units and post-treatment purification system (Air compressor unit main gas production capacity: ≥14.30Nm³/min, outlet pressure: ≥0.7Mpa)

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, not listed as dishonest persons by the people's court, with no bad credit records, and air compressor agents with last year's sales not less than 8 million yuan.
2. The brand qualifications for registration should have ISO9001 quality system certification and environmental product certification; the registering enterprise must be the manufacturer of the air compressor unit or a dual-authorized (sales authorization, after-sales authorization) agent designated by the manufacturer.
3. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, performance over the past three years, and copies of some contracts (the above photocopies must be scanned copies with the official seal of the unit).
