Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Bidding Project Overview
(1) Project Name: New Construction Project of LIZHU Group LIZHU Pharmaceutical Factory P06, C01
(2) Construction Unit: LIZHU Group LIZHU Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Project Implementation Location: No. 38 Chuangye North Road, Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, LIZHU Industrial Park
(4) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Construction of P06 workshop and C01 corridor, including water, electricity, construction, structure, HVAC, fire control automation, and other specialties. The P06 workshop covers an area of 8933.76㎡, and the C01 corridor covers an area of 2372.13㎡, with a total construction area of 40864.18㎡. The P06 workshop is a four-story concrete frame structure with a height of 7m for the first floor, 6m for the second floor, 5m for the third floor, and 3.9m for the fourth floor, with a building height of 24m; the C01 corridor is a two-story concrete frame structure with a height of 7m for the first floor, 6m for the second floor, with a building height of 17m.
(5) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the engineering quality pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(6) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 210 days
2. BiddingRegistrationQualification Requirements for Personneland Required Submitted Materials
(1) Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, and must also meet the following conditions:
a. The registered capital of the enterprise is not less than 100 million yuan, and the operating income of the previous year is not less than 3 billion yuan;
b. The enterprise should have a first-class or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects;
c. The enterprise should have passed the certification of quality system, safety and occupational health system, and environmental system;
d. Able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time;
(2) Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificate, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
