Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 1. Bidding Project Overview
(1) Project Name: Supervisory Project for the New Construction of P06 and C01 at Livzon Group Pharmaceutical Plant
(2) Construction Unit: Livzon Group Pharmaceutical Plant
(3) Project Implementation Location: No. 38 Chuangye North Road, Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, Livzon Industrial Park
(4) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Construction supervision services for the P06 workshop and C01 corridor, including supervision of various professional engineering works such as water, electricity, construction, structure, HVAC, and fire control. The P06 workshop covers an area of 8933.76㎡, and the C01 corridor covers an area of 2372.13㎡, with a total construction area of 40864.18㎡. The P06 workshop is a four-story concrete frame structure with a height of 7m for the first floor, 6m for the second floor, 5m for the third floor, and 3.9m for the fourth floor, with a building height of 24m; the C01 corridor is a two-story concrete frame structure with a height of 7m for the first floor and 6m for the second floor, with a building height of 17m.
(5) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Supervision and management of quality, safety, and progress according to the relevant implementation rules and management specifications for supervisory engineering.
(6) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 210 days
2. BiddingRegistrationQualification Requirements for Personneland Required Submission of Materials
(1) Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, and must also meet the following conditions:
a. The registered capital of the enterprise is not less than 10 million yuan, and the operating income in the previous year is not less than 20 million yuan;
b. The enterprise should have a Class A qualification for construction supervision of building projects;
c. The proposed chief supervising engineer should be from a civil engineering-related specialty, possess a registered supervising engineer qualification certificate, be registered with this company, and have an intermediate or higher professional title;
d. The enterprise should have passed the certification for quality system, safety and occupational health system, and environmental system;
(2) Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, contract photocopy, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
