Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for the New Line Ceramic Membrane of LIZHU Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Line of Refining Department II
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Ceramic Membrane
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Comply with the relevant construction qualifications for ceramic membrane installation, provide scientific and reasonable progress control and management measures, and prepare a detailed and feasible construction schedule (including personnel and machinery entry time, material arrival time, and construction time for each specialty, etc.).
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 40 days after the contract is signed.
2, Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; the qualifications of the registering enterprise should have equipment manufacturing, sales, and professional contracting at level three or above, with relevant achievements in ceramic membrane installation projects.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the qualification certificate, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 7 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).
