Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Installation of HVAC and Electromechanical Engineering in the Small Volume Injection Workshop 2
(2) Project Implementation Location: Small Volume Injection Workshop 2, Limin Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1. Complete the partitioning and ceiling construction of the color steel plate room according to design process requirements;
2. Construction of PVC flooring and PVC curved wall in the clean area;
3. The flooring in non-clean areas is constructed using epoxy thin coating self-leveling flooring;
4. Procurement and installation of clean steel doors and clean double-glazed windows;
5. Procurement and installation of LED energy-saving clean lighting fixtures, sockets, switches, distribution boxes, etc.;
6. Fabrication and installation of clean supply and exhaust air outlets, air ducts, regulating valves, high-efficiency air supply outlets, and other air conditioning and smoke exhaust systems (including equipment);
7. Procurement, installation, debugging, and verification of clean air conditioners and comfort air conditioners;
8. Optimization design and procurement construction of BMS, EMS automatic control systems, video surveillance, electronic access control, network, telephone, and other projects;
9. Purchase and installation debugging of equipment power cables, lighting electrical boxes, power electrical boxes, distribution cabinets, switch cabinets, and other distribution systems;
10. Installation project of public pipeline systems (drinking water, steam, cooling water, chilled water, condensate discharge, etc.), all equipment connection points (including installation of steam valve groups and reporting procedures);
11. Demolition of existing public systems and demolition of existing functional room walls;
12. Verification documents for public systems and air conditioning systems (including DQ, IQ, OQ plans and reports);
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with the requirements of the current version of relevant specifications and the design drawings;
(5) Project duration: 90 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and construction electromechanical installation engineering professional contracting level 2 or above qualification certificates, and construction decoration engineering professional contracting level 2 or above qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 250 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical Q&A before August 23, 2020;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of major performance contracts (5 copies), performance list for the past three years, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
