Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
I. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Low Voltage Distribution Cabinet Equipment of Livzon Group New Beijiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 4-8 Shilong Avenue, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Purchase low voltage cabinets and supporting equipment according to the system, assemble them, and transport them to the corresponding site.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: "Low Voltage Distribution Design Specification" (GB50054-2011); "Design Specification for Power Supply and Distribution Systems" (GB50052-2009);
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 25 days.
II. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; participating units must have independent legal person status; enterprise credential level: products must have CCC certification; the company must have relevant qualifications such as high and low voltage complete production licenses.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of credential proof, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
III. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for those potential bidders who meet the requirements. (6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Livzon Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the supplier registration operation manual on the official website.
