Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Rubber Stopper Cleaning Machine
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
This procurement project for the rubber stopper cleaning machine includes: one rubber stopper cleaning machine, matching rubber stopper discharge device, responsible for overall scheme design and implementation.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: meet the "Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Products" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, general principles of pharmaceutical machinery (equipment) implementation, and requirements of steel pressure vessel specifications, in accordance with user requirements and bidding documents.
(5) Equipment delivery period (project duration): to be delivered within 4 months after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with rich relevant engineering project experience in rubber stopper cleaning machines and discharge systems, with no less than 5 cases of rubber stopper cleaning machines and discharge systems in the past 3 years, and annual contract achievements of no less than 8 million, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. (6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/), and the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" can be found on the official website.
