Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Leak Repair Project of Lizhu Pharmaceutical Factory
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Roof, exterior wall surfaces, including above-ground rainwater pipes (excluding siphon systems), gutters, doors and windows, air duct openings, etc. waterproofing and maintenance work for the roofs of Lizhu Pharmaceutical Factory C03, C02, P07, P08, P09, P10, QC corridor, annex building, and animal house.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project:
1. Develop a construction plan, analyze and explain the causes of leaks for each leak point based on the list of leak points provided by Party A, and propose a repair plan for the leak points, specifying the required materials and detailing the technical information such as material brand, specification parameters, etc. Safety measures taken during construction, personnel qualifications, equipment, and facilities must also be specified.
2. The construction plan shall be implemented after being reviewed and confirmed by Party A. The leak repair process must be supervised by Party A and implemented according to the confirmed plan, and no unauthorized changes to the leak points are allowed.
3. Construction materials should provide mainstream brand products according to the construction plan, ensuring quality and durability, and a manufacturer's qualification certificate must be provided.
4. The contractor should arrange a project manager responsible for on-site safety and quality work. Construction personnel must possess corresponding qualification certificates such as high-altitude operation certificates and must purchase appropriate insurance.
5. Both parties must arrange designated personnel to follow up on the project throughout the leak repair process. The contractor must comply with the factory's safety regulations and obey the commands of on-site personnel during construction. Non-compliance with management will result in fines based on the severity of the behavior.
6. The contractor should assist in cleaning up the garbage and waste generated during construction from the roof and gutters and transport it to designated locations.
7. The contractor should fill out the corresponding maintenance records during the construction process, recording the maintenance status of each leak point, cooperating with Party A to take photos for evidence, and marking the repaired leak points.
8. The construction plan should estimate the construction period and carry out construction according to the period specified in the plan. Repairs must be timely on sunny days, and no repairs should be stopped for any reason on sunny days; otherwise, a penalty for delay will be imposed.
9. The contractor shall be responsible for the repaired leak points, ensuring that there are no leaks after repairs, and there should be a warranty period. The starting time is counted from the confirmation of acceptance after all leak points are repaired and verified through rain inspection.
10. For repaired leak points, if problems occur during the warranty period, the contractor must arrive on-site for free handling within 24 hours after receiving a phone notification from Party A.
11. After the completion of the leak repair project proposed in the leak point list, there should be no less than 4 regular follow-ups within an additional year, arranging personnel to assist Party A in conducting hidden danger investigations on leak points within the contract scope and providing free handling for newly discovered small-scale leaks.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 60 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 5 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a secondary waterproof engineering qualification.
2. Submission of required materials: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the qualification certificate, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit); ***.
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review

(4) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
