Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Construction Project of the Second Floor Warehouse of the Extraction Department, Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Livzon Group
(2) Project Implementation Location: Second Floor of the Extraction Department, Workshop Two
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Construction of a pharmaceutical cold storage
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with the relevant construction qualifications for pharmaceutical storage cold storage, provide scientifically reasonable progress control and management measures, and prepare a detailed and feasible construction schedule (including personnel and machinery entry time, material arrival time, and construction time for each specialty, etc.).
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): 30 days after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the qualifications of the registering enterprise should have a construction electromechanical installation engineering professional contracting level three or above, with relevant pharmaceutical cold storage project achievements;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-examination
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 7 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).
