Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: P07 Second Floor Raw Material Area Renovation Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): The building area is approximately 350m2, and the scope of work includes: purification decoration project, ventilation and air conditioning project, electrical lighting project, clean pipeline project (including purified water, compressed air), water supply and drainage project, fire protection project (meeting specification requirements and passing the acceptance of Zhuhai Fire Department), flooring project, and equipment reuse installation.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the project quality first pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): Within 20 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 2 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. (6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
