Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: QC Laboratory Renovation Project of Livzon Group New Beijiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: People's Road, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City
(3) Procurement Content: 1 item of QC laboratory renovation project (approximately 3000m², including labor, materials, and installation);
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: comply with GMP/EUGMP/FDA standards and meet user needs;
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): meet URS requirements.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with good commercial reputation and sound financial accounting systems; possessing the necessary goods, professional technical capabilities, and personnel to fulfill the contract; having a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to the law; bidders must not be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement or major tax violation cases on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn); specific qualification requirements: holding a secondary qualification for construction electromechanical installation engineering, holding a secondary qualification for construction decoration engineering, holding a tertiary qualification for environmental protection engineering; having similar laboratory case achievements (project construction area of 3000 square meters or contract amount of over 10 million); meeting other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. The previous year's operating income should not be less than 50 million yuan, and the technical person in charge should be able to be dispatched to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Required submission materials: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts + summary table of achievements for the past 3 years, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
