LIZHU Group LIZHU Pharmaceutical Factory Pure Steam Generator and Distilled Water Machine Bidding Announcement

Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Pure Steam Generator and Distilled Water Machine
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
One pure steam generator, with a gas production capacity of 500kg/h (gas production capacity at industrial steam pressure of 0.4MPa), and a pure steam outlet pressure of 0.3MP. The pure steam generator must include at least the following components (including but not limited to): raw water feed pump, non-condensable gas discharge, automatic control system (PID regulation), online monitoring of conductivity, pH, temperature, etc.
One distilled water machine, with a water production capacity of 1000L/h (water production capacity at industrial steam pressure of 0.4MPa). The distilled water machine must include at least the following components (including but not limited to): multi-effect distillation system for preparation, a distribution plate that allows for instantaneous flashing, and further purification ensured by a spiral equipped on the evaporator shell. The last effect leads to the condenser, where injection water is cooled together with pure steam using cooling water, and the produced distilled water is delivered to the injection water storage tank through a regulating valve with an automatic drainage device.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: "Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Production" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, pharmaceutical machinery (equipment) implementation. General principles of Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Production, requirements for steel pressure vessels, and user requirements.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): Delivery within 140 days after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 2 days from the date of posting.

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
