Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Purified Water Preparation System Procurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
A set of purified water preparation system, with a water production capacity of 3 tons/hour. The purified water preparation system should include at least the following components (including but not limited to): raw water tank, double tube plate heat exchanger, WTP pretreatment (activated carbon, sand filter), soft water tank (one in use, one standby), RO (first and second stage RO), EDI, online conductivity, pH, redox potential, TOC monitoring, etc.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: "Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Production" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, general principles of pharmaceutical machinery (equipment) implementation, requirements for steel pressure vessels and user needs.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): Delivery within 140 days after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
(6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the supplier registration operation manual on the official website.
