(4) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): A Class A production plant construction project, including water, electricity, construction, structure, HVAC, fire protection, and other specialties. This project covers an area of 1878.64㎡, with a total construction area of 6325.95㎡, a four-story reinforced concrete frame structure building above ground, with a first-floor height of 6.9m, second-floor height of 7.2m, third-floor height of 4.5m, fourth-floor height of 4.5m, and a height of 3.75m for the roof stairwell and machine room, with a building height of 23.72m.
(5) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the project quality first pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party.
(6) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 180 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 150 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a Class 1 or above construction general contracting qualification.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
