Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: New Factory Phase I Electromechanical Installation Engineering Procurement Project of Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Shilong Avenue, Shijiao Town, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province
(3) Scope of Work: Total building area of approximately 7000㎡, purification decoration area of approximately 3500㎡, including purification engineering (color steel plate decoration, water supply and drainage, air conditioning system, power supply and distribution, lighting, fire protection, energy saving), equipment installation (excluding equipment procurement), steel structure fabrication and installation, installation of process pipelines such as valves, electrical installation, HVAC installation, insulation engineering, and installation of automatic control instruments.

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a first-level general contracting qualification for electromechanical installation engineering, a second-level professional contracting qualification for building decoration and renovation engineering, and a second-level professional contracting qualification for fire protection facilities engineering (joint bidding is allowed).
2. Required submission materials: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the qualification certificate, contract photocopy (for similar performance contracts in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, unit price above 50 million), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
