Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: MVR Falling Film Concentration Evaporation Unit of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Plant of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 3 sets of 7-ton MVR Falling Film Concentration Evaporation Units for the extraction workshop
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): As required by the bidding documents
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan.
2. The qualifications of the registering enterprise should include ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental system certification, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and environmental product certification; possess design and manufacturing qualifications for pressure vessels; the registering enterprise must be the manufacturer of the equipment or the sole agent designated by the manufacturer.
3. The sales quantity of MVR used in the field of traditional Chinese medicine extraction and concentration from 2018 to present is more than 20 sets.
4. Performance in the past two years (more than 20 sets): Equipment sales contracts and invoice vouchers or other materials that can prove achievements.
5. Have cases of stable operation of equipment for more than 5 years.
6. Provide manufacturers of cases with stable operation of equipment for more than 5 years and valid contact information.
7. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificates, annual financial statements for the past three years, proof of achievements, and manufacturers of cases with stable operation of equipment for more than 5 years and valid contact information; all provided materials and copies must be scanned copies with the official seal of the unit.

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
