Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Fire Protection Construction Project Procurement of Lizhu Group New Beijiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: People's Road, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City
(3) Procurement Content: Pump room + outdoor pipeline network + fire control center;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with "Technical Specifications for Fire Water Supply and Fire Hydrant Systems", "Design Specifications for Automatic Sprinkler Systems", "Building Design Fire Protection Specifications", "Outdoor Water Supply Design Standards", "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Water Supply and Drainage Pipeline Engineering", comply with design drawings and user requirements; possess a secondary or above qualification for fire protection facility engineering contracting.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): Complete the installation and debugging of all equipment, pipelines, and systems within 60 days after the party A issues the bid notification.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 80 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of business license, photocopy of qualification certificate, photocopy of credit certificate, contract photocopy + summary table of achievements in the past 3 years (similar performance contracts with unit prices over 5 million), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting.
